Sherrieblossom.com, and any purchases made through this Sherrieblossom.com, are governed by the terms of service, use and purchase described below. By using Sherrieblossom.com, purchasing items through Sherrieblossom.com, and/or registering, you agree to the terms described below.
In order to process a replacement for your damaged package, please submit a claim within 24 business hours of delivery. If damaged packages are not reported within the time frame allowed, you forfeit your right to a free replacement. Instructions on the Claim form must be met before we can process your replacement.
We provide replacements for defective product(s) if a claim has been submitted within 24 business hours of delivery and instructions on claim form are met. We will request the defective unit be shipped back to us within 5 business days of delivery of the replacement, in the original packaging, or free replacement will forfeit. A pre-paid label will be emailed to you to return the defective product. Tracking number on the pre-paid label must show the package has been returned and shipped within 5 business days of replacement delivery. If your defective product is not returned within the specified time frame, you agree to be billed for the new replacement. Replacements require the normal lead time of 4-8 weeks to process your claim and replacement. This lead time could be sooner as we've had customers receive replacements within 1-2 weeks. Once your replacement is complete and ready for shipping, you will receive notification of shipping/tracking info prior to shipping. Please allow up to 3 days for tracking information to update.
We accept style changes given we are notified via email before your order(s) ships. Your change in purchase order will take effect as a new purchase order and will require the normal lead time of 4-8 weeks for production on the exchanged style request. Completion lead times could be sooner depending on our production status during your request. We may bill you for any difference in cost of product as well as cost of shipping before your new order completes.
